When your order has been shipped; you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you submitted in your order for any reason you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder. If confirmation is still not there you can email us at “[email protected]”.
These cases are rare due to unpredictable events, if your order is suddenly unavailable or no longer in stock you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order comes up in our system as fraudulent; your order will be cancelled immediately. If you purchase on our website with fraudulent information, you will be reported to your local authorities including being sent to collections for the amount that was charged.
You may exchange merchandise within 7 days in perfect condition along with label and receipt of purchase.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Since we have limited quantities for our products, we may occasionally sell out of an item. We will notify you via email if this takes place.
